"Over the last 5 years I have been very active in health and fitness, this means I put my body through a variety of fitness training which includes high altitude trekking, road running, trail running and weight training. Alongside those I also teach fitness classes.
This means alongside those activities it is important to look after my body, over the years I have experienced injury as well as normal muscle strain".
