After discussions with our Governing Bodies the STO & GCMT, and following these discussions returning to work will be subject to strict guidelines and new procedures in line with new government guidelines and recommendations. Such guidelines and new procedures such as online triage, limited contact time, enhanced hygiene measures and the use of PPE by all our therapists. These guidelines and new procedures are from the guidance issued by the STO & GCMT, and current government recommendations. 

Both myself and Laura have been working hard behind the scenes making our clinics as safe as possible with our clients and therapists health at the utmost importance and are looking forward to welcoming back our clients back into our clinics and back doing what we love. Both our clinics are now ready with all the new guidelines, PPE & procedures are in place. 

**Covid 19 update** 

- Hygiene and Infection control is part of our training. We have new measures in place for the benefit of our therapists and clients. These are some of the new guidelines and new normal procedures issued by the STO & GCMT that you will see in in our clinics. 

- There will be increased pre-appointment screening (phone or email) to check your health + Covid 19 infection risk. 

- There will be hand sanitising on arrival and we will be asking you to wear a face covering during your treatment. You may bring your own face covering or we can supply you a disposable face mask for 50p. 

- we are limiting the amount of people in our clinics at any one time. We ask you to wait in your car until your appointment time and not wait inside our waiting rooms. 

- Therapists will be in appropriate PPE during your appointment 

- We will be allowing extra time between appointments to safely clean surfaces and put on our PPE 

-Any Towels used will he changed after each person and washed ready for the next day. 

- All appointments must be pre-booked and online triage completed before any treatment 

- We will be asking for online or contactless payments please (cash as a last resort)
