In October 2020, and May 2023 I completed the Brathay 10in10, 10 marathons in 10 days around Lake Windermere, the event was an incredibly experience and one i'll never forget.

I am also the owner of LW Run Coach, where I coach Runners from all backgrounds and create tailored individual training plans for them. Check out our website www.lwruncoach.co.uk

Having treated many people, runners and athletes from all different backgrounds and abilities, I have the knowledge & experience of treating the injuries and aches & pains everyday people and athletes may have to deal with throughout their Injury / Rehab Journey and how to treat and give the corrective treatment & exercises to deal within real life conditions.

I am also qualified in treating many running injuries, bio-mechanical issues and providing strength & corrective exercise therapy.

I have a passion for what I do and love the fact I can help people achieve their goals and aspirations and get them back doing what their love to do pain free and with thoughtless, fearless pain free movement.

Laura Gray- Sports Therapist

Laura graduated as a Sports Therapist BSC (Hons) in 2016 from Leeds Beckett University. Having spent years racing at a high level, this is what provoked a keen interest in the treatment, management and prevention of injuries.

Laura spent five years working for the NHS for a rehabilitation team as a physio assistant practitioner. This allowed her to gain an abundance of skills and knowledge working with post operative hip and knee surgery, Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal, neurological as well as an array of injuries and conditions. Laura decided she wanted to focus primarily on musculoskeletal and so left the NHS in 2021 to work full time for LW Sports Therapy.

Laura has thoroughly enjoyed working with clients over the years, seeing them progress and restoring functional movements for not only sport but everyday life tasks.

When not treating clients, Laura is usually found swimming, cycling or running. Having competed in competitive sport for most of her life, the last few years have been focussed on the half ironman triathlon distance with eyes set on going professional in the very near future. 2022 saw Laura’s first 70.3 World Champs start line in America, finishing 9th overall, 4th AG and 1st British girl home. April of 2023 Laura took on her Ironman debut, in Texas, finishing 2nd overall lady and an age group win by one hour in a time of 9.33.

Whether it’s for pain management, athletic or personal goals, Laura has a huge passion in helping you achieve them, by tailoring treatment to your individual needs. Laura is based out of both Crewe and Sandbach clinics.
